This Art Event will be hosted by the Suicide Prevention Implementation Network in partnership with Heather Penner @ Pretty Paper Products where she will lead participants through how to make this beautiful butterfly book art, signifying releasing depression & anxiety.

Join in on Mon, Jan 20th at Eagles Nest Bar & Grill.

Event starts at 6:30, but come early, as food and beverages will be available for purchase!

And please remember to give some thought to Mary on this day. When she gifted us her son by immaculate conception, she knew what his fate would be, and she still shared him with all. Her sacrifice on this day was great. Imagine looking into the eyes of the most beautiful baby you'd ever seen, and knowing their fate would be sacrifice for the good of all. Mary deserves love on this day as well. Then again, I'm the one who has always believed our Mothers should be celebrated on our birthdays, for it is them that make the sacrifice for our arrival. Love, light and blessings to all! Remember Jesus spoke of love of ALL things. Not only some. Jesus taught to find God within yourself. Honor Jesus by honoring yourself. Find love inside, project it outside. As above, so below. Love, light, and blessings to all. ❤️

From 8:30-9:15pm we have circle time with all those who wish to stay. We discuss topics that are important for living a healthy life. We meet every Sunday at 11am at the Legion Hall at 560 13 St E. Our church gathers for meaningful worship and a practical, relevant message based on 'learning to live the Jesus way'. We are a 'come-as-you-are' kind of group who have been described as friendly and warm. There isn't a dress code to be concerned about. In non-Covid times we have a prayer corner in case you would like someone to pray with you. Most times we have crew of great people who take all the kids age 11 and under off to the side to run some great programs with them. That happens at the mid-point of our gathering - about 11:30 am. We’re not a collection of perfect people but we’re pretty keen to be a great community where people find faith, friends and hope.
